Bob Harper, The Biggest Loser: My fridge always has plenty of dark green leafy veggies like kale, swiss chard, collard greens & spinach to name a few. Also, I pretty much love any and every fruit that is out there and I’m lucky to live in CA where I can get some great locally grown fruits.
Brendan Brazier, Thrive Diet: I do most of my shopping at farmers’ markets, so I just buy what they put out. Certainly dictated by the season. The avocado tree in my yard dropped the last of its avocados about a month ago, but the oranges are just beginning to show some color. Will be ready with in a month I’d say.
Rip Esselstyn, Engine 2 Diet: More squash and melons.
Rich Roll, Ultraman: Pumpkin & pumpkin seeds, squash, lentils, mushrooms, dates, sweet potatoes.
Mike Anderson, Rave Diet: I actually don’t use a grocery list, unless I’m gathering food for a recipe or special occasion. There is plenty to choose from so I just go down the aisles (produce aisles primarily) and choose what looks good.
