- 12 oz of the juice I made this morning
- Kale salad with avocado, cherry tomato, cranberries, peas, and radishes. Lemon juice and Braggs dressing.
- Fruit salad with mango, pineapple, and strawberry
I feel suprisingly full, although this meal is relatively typical for me except that I’d usually add in some raw nuts or beans in the salad. More juice in the afternoon and probably something with the collard greens I have in my fridge for dinner.
