Aside from having an inner-ear issue that feels like there’s a squirrel crawling around inside my right ear, I’m still feeling great on this cleanse (and the ear thing clearly has nothing to do with how I’m eating). The CrossFit workout went really well this morning – it was my first and I have a feeling I could get addicted to it. Despite burning tons of calories, I’ve felt less hungry today than I have in the past 5 days. I’m probably going to stop the cleanse after tomorrow, and aside from a couple times in the past few days when I’ve felt insatiably hungry, it’s been a cakewalk. Here’s my food log for Saturday:
Breakfast: Smoothie with water, bananas, mango, blueberries, carrots, and spinach.
Lunch: Giant salad from Mrs. Winston’s (best salad bar in LA), bowl of vegetable soup.
Afternoon Snack: Freeze dried banana, 2 pears.
Dinner: 3 small baked sweet potatoes, 2 bowls vegetable soup, 1 bowl frozen mango.
