You get home from work, you’re tired, and you don’t really want to think about a serious cooking endeavor. You put together a salad from whatever you have in your fridge, but you need a quick dressing to throw on that’s not full of oil, sugar, and random additives you can’t pronounce. What do you do? You make this dressing. This is my go-to dressing and it’s ridiculously easy to make and addictive. My sister’s kids even love it. If you don’t already have all this stuff in your kitchen, you should.
Jeff’s House Dressing
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 tbsp low sodium Tamari
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Juice the lemons and whisk in all the other ingredients in a small bowl. Add cayenne if you want it a little spicy.
