Here’s the big secret most people don’t realize:  Our bodies WANT to be slim, healthy, and vibrant. The problem is that most of the food we eat and the environment we live in are so toxic that our bodies are constantly working overtime to counteract those damaging elements. The solution? 1 Hour Strategy Sessions

At a location of your choice (or via phone or videochat), we'll go over your health history and assess your goals. Then I'll help you figure out the best and easiest way to achieve them, with quick lessons about nutrition, meal plans, and easy quick recipes. We'll talk about obstacles you may be encountering and how to get around them. This session is free if you sign up for my 6 month program.

Custom Meal Plans

Send me an email and let me know what your goals are, what kind of food you typically like, and your cooking ability and I'll design a meal plan to specifically work for you. Your meal plan will come complete with a shopping list and cooking tips. Nothing is more important than learning how to prepare your own food, and I'll help you make it easy and sustainable.
