I’ll prepare a 4 course plant-based meal for you and your friends and family while explaining the life-changing nutritional benefits of a plant-based diet. We’ll spend 2 hours having fun, making delicious and filling guilt-free food, and hopefully finding inspiration to take your health to the next level.
